Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
• Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked as Final Sale.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchange

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If you are returning an item for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
